Common Dispatch Coordination Challenges We Solve:
How Ryde Central streamlines NEMT dispatch:
Built for Seamless NEMT Dispatch Coordination
One-Click Trip Requests
Eliminate inefficient, manual trip scheduling by requesting patient transportation with a single click. —no paper forms, no phone tag. All essential information—patient details, pickup/drop-off location, medical needs, preferred provider, and appointment time—is submitted in a clean, standardized format. No paper forms, missed calls, or duplicate forms.
Benefit: Cut scheduling time by up to 80% and ensure every trip starts with the right data.
Real-Time Status Visibility
Track every trip from request to completion. Once a trip request is submitted, Ryde Central lets you track its progress from request to completion. See when the trip is accepted by a provider, assigned to a driver, enroute, delayed, or completed—all from one centralized dashboard.
Benefit: Improve care coordination and reduce time spent on follow-up phone calls chasing updates.
Trip Accuracy and Insurance Matching Engine
Ryde Central automatically validates every transport request before it’s sent—catching common issues like missing addresses, mismatched appointment times, unsupported vehicle types, and even insurance compatibility. The platform can match trips to in-network providers, enforce hard stops for missing prior authorizations, or allow the trip to proceed while queuing it for follow-up resolution after completion. This ensures continued operations without compromising data integrity or compliance.
Benefit: Data collected through Ryde Central enables NEMT agencies to better plan for customer needs and gain deeper insight into ROI—informing smarter vehicle allocation and future asset deployment strategies.
Seamless Dispatch System Integration
Ryde Central integrates with your dispatch. Could it be used without integration? Sure. But integration streamlines the process as our platform integrates with major NEMT dispatch systems so that once a trip is scheduled, it’s automatically handed off to the provider’s dispatch workflow—no retyping, no manual syncing.
Benefit: Create a seamless process from request to dispatch, enhancing speed and reliability across your transport ecosystem.
Track Performance, Not Just Appointments
Go beyond just seeing if a ride was scheduled. Ryde Central gives stakeholders insight into trip performance—was it completed on time? Was the patient picked up late? Was the trip cancelled? Our analytics dashboard aggregates this data across all your transport partners and facilities.
Benefit: Use data to drive performance improvements, report on vendor performance, and identify bottlenecks in patient transport to ensure accountability.

How Ryde Central Works
The same efficient and automated process every time.
Your staff pulls patient information from EHR to Ryde Central in one click. Staff fills out a short questionnaire and uses the search and auto-complete functions to complete a transport request in 60 seconds.

What’s automated:
After logging in to Ryde Central, your tier-1 transport providers can accept, reject, or offer a different time for your transport request, based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When accepting your transport request, transport providers will enter their promised pickup time. If no one accepts your transport request, the request will be broadcasted to your tier-2 transport providers.

What’s automated:
Real-time status of the ride will be visible in you and your NEMT provider’s Ryde Central portal. You can choose to receive real-time SMS text and email status updates, such as when the vehicle is enroute, at pickup, and at final destination.

Data for each transport is logged for you to generate performance and custom reports, such as overall trip completion rate by your primary providers, on-time performance by vendor, average lateness, and more.
